SPIRIT-OMNIPRESENCE-REALIZATION, I live, yet not I but Christ lives my life. There is no me, there is only Thee. (The Light that is within me is greater than he that is in the world.)

What nourishes my Spirit most is what brought me face to face with my greatest limitations and difficulties. In early midlife as I began to follow a genuine path of Spiritual Practice, many challenges arose and suffering seemed to increase because I could no longer hide  from them. As I began to seek earnestly the kingdom of G-d within, (Matt 6:33) I could not follow the old habits of fantasy and escape, I had to face actual raw problems and the contradictions in my life. I had no idea at the onset of this practice how much I would have to expose myself to myself. At that point in my life I had become a master at hiding my feelings. My reading and study of other faiths has given me a deeper understanding of the mystery of suffering and its inevitabilities. Through intense meditation I began to realize the importance of feeling the feelings, accepting the experience and it is by becoming alert and awake, staying with the feeling in the present moment, we transcend, and that is the alchemy. The alchemy is awareness. This awareness reveals the glory which is always present. The key is alignment. Aligning with the peace, love and joy …aligning with the Light that was planted in me in the beginning. ((And now, O Father, glorify Thou me with thine own self with the glory that I had with Thee before the world was. John 17:3)
