Peacemaker~One who has the ability to¬†say “peace” to the turbulent waves of thought and have them obey.
A peacemaker is one who reduces TO peace and harmony all the thoughts of strife, anger, and retaliation in his own mind. The ability to say “peace” to thoughts, and have them obey, entitles one to oneness of the Most High.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be one with G-d.”
(Matt. 5:9)

Mindfulness is a part of living. When you are mindful, you are fully alive, you are fully present. You can get in touch with the wonders of life that can nourish you and heal you. And you are stronger, you are more solid in order to handle the suffering inside of you and around you. When you are mindful, you can recognize, embrace and handle the pain, the sorrow in you and around you to bring you relief. And if you continue with concentration and insight, you’ll be able to transform the suffering inside and help transform the suffering around you.

Our awareness cannot be passive. Can you imagine Omniscience being passive – not in full, active awareness of Itself? That of course is an impossibility. And because there is just One Being, One Presence, One Mind, WE ARE THAT. You Are That; I Am That. Therefore the”That” which we are is continually CONSCIOUSLY CONSCIOUS – CONSCIOUSLY AWARE. Therefore we must have God Awareness CONSCIOUSLY HAPPENING in our minds at all times – otherwise it is as if we are NOT aware. It is only our non-conscious, or non-ALIVE awareness, of Truth that appears AS the raft of limitations and troubles we find ourselves experiencing individually, collectively and worldly.

My spiritual Body

When Spirit speaks whether in a book or through your Soul, you have the
pure gold tried in the fire. So when scripture told me that my  body is
the temple of the living God, I knew I was being given a priceless bit of
information and it changed my life. ¬† “Your body is the temple of the living God.‚ÄĚ
I knew it was not speaking about my physical body. After deep meditation I came to realize that this scripture was telling me  about a Spiritual body, a non-physical body!  My heart rejoiced!  More and more Grace revealed to me that life as I had known it would be no more.

It is so weird to me that there is still no understanding about the man Jesus – and – resurrection! ¬†It is said that Jesus came to “show us the way.” I’m going to repeat he came to show us the way can’t we see? We took a look….he is not in the tomb! why can’t we see this as ¬†We are not this body!! WE ARE SPIRIT¬†!! That’s¬†¬†what Resurrection ¬†is about that’s what his death was all about helping us to see that we think that we are this material sense of body and we’re not we are SPIRIT!!

The Thunder of Silence

From my first recollections, I have been so comfortable and at home- in the silence. As if that was my true home…..there without words or thoughts. Just basking in the bliss of the roar of silence.

It is Spring and it is time to go (Forward)

We’ve been bound by a hardened heart and our inability to see ourselves in each other

we’ve been puffed up by ego and pride enslaved by how things have always been
and now it is time to go

but fear threatens to paralyze how can we possibly exist any other way

our imagination falters  the attachment to what we know is so great

it doesn’t matter that it causes us so much pain we dig in we will not be moved
but this season tells us it is time to go
maybe we can depart without causing too much suffering

maybe we can go without destroying what is left behind can we find new ways out of narrowness

out of the confines of habits that restrict our growth and bind our spirit? delicate white flowers rise out of hard ground trees broken by ice begin to bloom
the season tells us it is time to go
the journey starts with one step a simple step a momentary willingness

a slight turn green shoots are scattered among long fallen leaves the way forward is uncertain

the path has not yet been cleared
but the season tells us all of us together
it is time to go …¬†FORWARD
